In the Italian culinary tradition each region has its own specialties. Le Marche offer simple dishes with flavors and typical products of the territory through which the kitchen becomes culture, conviviality and creativity. The courses that we propone are structured for small groups and do not require large dining experiences, only requirements are a desire to learn and to have fun. Over the time you will realize that the knowledge of the basic principles and the choice of the right ingredients will lead you to successfully create your recipes and indulge your fancy.
The course includes a theoretical-practical lesson of about 2 hours, which takes place in the kitchen of the Country House, followed by a tasting of the dishes prepared together with Local Wines in the dining room. In case you wish to attend the classes please inform us when booking. For organizational reasons we cannot accept requests received after booking or upon arrival at the farm.
