Courses Period: from February to June and from September to December.

 

Minimum number of participants: 3 Max 8. Stay in apartment formula and includes initial and final cleaning, water, electricity, gas, sheets and towels.

 

Program:

  • Day 1: Arrival 2 p.m., room arrangement.
  • 4 p.m. Lesson: Appetizers, Breads, Pizza.
  • 8 pm Dinner at the Farm.
  • Overnight.

  • 2nd day: Breakfast, free morning and lunch in autonomy (lunch in the farmhouse at the price of Euro 20,00 excluding drinks).
  •  4 p.m. Lesson: Fresh pasta and various kinds of stuffed Pasta.
  • 8 pm Dinner at the Farm.
  • Overnight.

  •  3rd day: Breakfast, free day with lunch in autonomy (lunch in the farmhouse at the price of Euro 20,00 excluding drinks).
  •  6.30 pm Aperitif with tasting of typical products of the Territory.
  • 8 pm Dinner at the Farm.

  •  10:00 am Lesson: Ragu, roasted and marinated meats.
  • 1 pm Lunch at the Farm.
  • 4 pm Lesson: Cakes.
  • 8 pm Dinner at the Farm.
  • Overnight.

  • 5th day: Breakfast, free morning and lunch in autonomy (lunch in the farmhouse at the price of Euro 20,00 excluding drinks).
  •  3 pm Lesson: Preparing the end of course dinner from the participants where they can experiment with our assistance skills acquired.
  • 8 pm tasting of the dishes prepared in conjunction with Local Wines.
  • Overnight.
  • Breakfast and Check Out.
