Courses Period: from February to June and from September to December.
Minimum number of participants: 3 Max 8. The stay is in apartment formula and includes initial and final cleaning, water, electricity, gas, sheets and towels.
- Day 1: Arrival 2 p. m., room arrangement.
- 4 p.m., lesson, where you learn to cook: A starter, a first or a Second course, a cake.
- 8 p.m. Tasting of the dishes prepared in conjunction with Local Wines.
- 2nd day: Breakfast, free morning and lunch in autonomy (lunch in the farmhouse at the price of Euro 20,00 excluding drinks).
- 4 p.m. lesson, where you learn to cook: Home made pasta, bread, pizza.
- 6.30 p.m. Aperitif with the dishes prepared and tasting of typical products of the Territory.
- 8 p.m.Dinner at the Farm.
- Breakfast and Check Out.
