All the taste and smell
of the Marche wines
Stefano Arduini,
aspiring Sommelier, offers his guests the best wine production of the
Marche region.
A warm and cosy place to spend amusing evenings with your friends, to
discover new couplings of wine and food with the typical products of
the region and to sip Marche wines chosen among the best
vines.
You’ll
have the opportunity to take part to guided tastings organized in
cooperation with prestigious gastronomic associations
and to know the typical seasonal products of the territory.
We draw up this wines list in cooperation with Cosimo Tomassini,
delegate of AIS Pesaro. The wines chosen are from the Marche, except
few types like Prosecco, Moscato and Malvasia Dolce.
In order to choose the producers we paid attention to the cultivation
methods of the vineyards, which are sometimes biological or biodynamic,
but anyway always with the minimum impact on the environment and the
vine is grown without forcing it.
The
wine-making and the cellar practices are very important for us,
even in this case the producers chosen work restricting themselves to
turn grapes into wine with the aim at respecting what the nature
offered during the year.
In this way the result is the production of wines with personality and
character adherent to the territory and to the vines. Since the wine is
the ideal complement for the dishes we propose, we chose some wines
well matched with the courses in our menus.
We propose also some homemade beers chosen with the same principle used
for the wines.
