Our specialities :


All
dishes are skilfully seasoned and combined with simple flavours,
from aromatic herbs to little tomatoes, passing through the seasons and
their early vegetables from asparagus to squash blossoms, from
mushrooms to walnuts.
 
These
are some of the second courses which have been marking the cooking of
the Celletta for a long time.
And
to end... tarts with nutella, jam, cottage cheese and
mascarpone with the flavour of wood fruit or orange, muffins with
chocolate or currant.
